Stop Shooting Doves Gala

The 2006 Gala for our Doves held September 16, 2006, at the Wildlife Interpretive Gallery at the Detroit Zoo, was a huge success.

Thank you to everyone who became a part of this exciting grassroots campaign by donating and participating! The Gala was our largest fundraiser to save Michigan’s mourning doves – all proceeds will help restore the dove shooting ban.
